Monthly Meetings
Share Upstate Pregnancy and Infant Loss support group meets on the third Tuesday of each month at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church (2619 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29605) from 7-8:30 pm.
SPECIAL COVID-19 UPDATE: On September 20, 2022, we will resume our in-person meetings at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church. Our September meeting will be at 6:30 pm. Please RSVP using this link.
Please join our Facebook group to keep up to date on whether we are meeting in-person or virtually only due to COVID-19. A link to each month’s virtual meeting and information on in-person meetings are posted in our private Facebook group. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can still receive an invite to our virtual meeting by emailing Tanika Dillard at tanikachancellor@yahoo.com.
What to expect
Our group includes mothers, fathers, and grandparents that need support after experiencing the loss of a baby. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you for support.
Due to the sensitive nature of our meetings, we do not allow children at our meetings including infants.
Our meeting themes rotate between guided discussion, speakers, and crafts.
Refreshments are served at each meeting.
In November, we traditionally have a chili dinner as part of our meeting.
In December, we create ornaments in memory of our babies. Children are invited to this special annual meeting.
For more information or to be added to our mailing list to receive our monthly group invitation please contact Penny Dewberry at shareupstate@gmail.com.
